I have lived in Sussex County on and off for over 25 years. I have been in the Lewes area since 1990 and therefore offer potential buyers a wealth of information and knowledge of the area.

I pride myself on the fact that I have strong communication skills which are very effective when negotiating a contract along with being a people person and able to deal with all different personality types.

My mission statement to my clients is two-fold. I put my client’s needs and wants first and foremost. When dealing with sellers I offer them a clear and concise picture of what price their home will sell for as a quick sale in the current market. This is a very important step in the process of listing your home for if it is priced right you will have more potential buyers coming to view your home because it is priced correctly! By implementing that plan the selling of your home is certainly a more stress free process and allows the sellers to move forward with their life plans. When working with buyers, my mission is to find the home or investment property that fills both their wants and needs and also fits into their financial situation. By having a clear picture of what the buyers are looking for and focusing on showing only those properties, this step helps to ensure a stress free real estate transaction.
